They make possibly the best cupcakes in town. Not the cheapest place to buy cupcakes, but if you are looking for quality, Twelve Cupcakes doesn't disappoint.

The service staff was really helpful and even went the extra step for me, even though he didn't need to. My hands were full of dabao food and one box from Beard Papa. He noticed it would be hard to carry an additional box of 3 cupcakes, so he helped me with an extra plastic bag that could fit the bigger box. Aww, thank you! 💕🥰 …

I had this cupcake during my sister's birthday. I love the mini-sized one.

Cupcakes are quite good! Packaging is also nice. But considering there's no promotion, the price is a bit expensive!

I was there earlier at the Bugis outlet. I need to provide feedback about the Indian man who was serving me at the counter. I tried out three different-flavored cakes that were on promo, priced at 3 for $12. I chose one of each flavor. When I requested and asked nicely if I could swap one of the cakes for another of the same flavor, the man gave disgusting service, acting as if I owed him money. I just want to say a few words to this Indian man who served at the counter: I understand if you don't like your job, but this is a service industry. If you don't have a passion for service, please go home; there's no need to work. Service comes from the heart. Don't give me that look as if I owe you any money. Please bear in mind: if you don't like what you are doing, go home. After all, sweet cupcakes are way too salty because of your disgusting service.

Inconsistent cupcake size and texture (some are crumbly inside). Standards have been dropping.

Cupcakes are quite overpriced given **their** quality. But they do have promotions from time to time, so keep an **eye** out (up to 25% off), as well as reduced prices near closing hours.

Here's the edited review: I'm thankful to my helper who always takes good care of my family. This beautiful small cake will make her happy. Surprisingly, the cake is not too sweet. I purchased more than $20 and earned capital points, which can become a cash rebate. Happy to spend money here as I can earn capital points. Overall, the cake is not too sweet but it is average. For people with diabetes, please control your sugar intake. ❤️

I bought these cakes from Twelve Cupcakes Bugis Junction. They were decently priced and tasted really good! They were small enough to eat as desserts after a meal. The service staff here was really efficient and provided good service! Edit: I bought some more cakes, so I'm adding more pictures.

Perfect example of how a little well-executed customer service goes a long way. There's a lot of choice at this mall, and when looking for a cake for a friend's birthday, I was a bit overwhelmed. I was impressed that the customer service guy (in photo, unfortunately didn't get his name) knew the key ingredients of the red velvet cheesecake and was able to convincingly figure out if it was right for us. His main question: "Do you like cheese?" Not rocket science, but a welcome change after some pretty average/below-average service from other similar places. The actual cheesecake was tasty, with a thin layer of red velvet cake, a nice biscuity base, and a rich cheese taste that wasn't too sweet. Not the cheapest place, but overall, I feel like we got what we paid for.
