Horrible experience. Was here on March 18th. Senior staff on duty at 5pm shouted at customers "no photos allowed" in a very hostile manner. You don't have to shout. No harm in saying it nicely. Need to train your staff a whole lot more.

Saw an earring I really liked, but it was unfortunately chipped. It was the last piece as well. Staff said they couldn't give a discount. Hopefully, management can allow exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Overall, the staff were very helpful and not pushy. Update: One side of the earring dislodged after just one wear. The quality is not good at all.

Edited review: "It's a store with many cheap and high-quality accessories."

Very good shop for shopping bags, earrings, shades, small teddy bears, and offers a good variety of tote bags. Love the shop. Prices are also reasonable.

The girl at the cashier who wears glasses, wearing an earpiece and watching her phone during work??? And what's the attitude she shows to customers when they ask questions??? This is totally unacceptable.

A newly opened fashion accessories shop at Bugis Junction's ground floor. They sell fashion bags, accessories, wallets, plush toys, eyeglasses, earrings, school supplies, and more. Perfect for holiday gifts. The shop is well laid out with interesting stuff. Prices are reasonable too.

Ann, a staff member, was so kind and helpful. She taught me how to close my silver bangle correctly so it will not drop again. I thought it had already spoilt. Thank goodness, I met Ann today.
