I have always supported Yacht21 and really liked their products in terms of fit and quality.
However, when I visited the Bugis store yesterday, I was definitely disappointed. I was browsing in the store when a staff member (long goldish hair) shoved me to pass me. She did it not once but twice. After I tried on some clothes and approached the counter, she did not acknowledge me or check in with me to see if the items were suitable or if I was interested in purchasing any of them. Not only was I not offered any help or assistance, but the attitude of the staff was really rude and unacceptable. This was really disappointing.

Extremely bad shopping experience at this outlet. Please review your associate Catherine Lim. She is very rude when serving customers. We were viewing the clothes, and she was urgently trying to rearrange them right in front of us. As we were checking for defects, she urgently wanted to take them back without asking. This behavior is detrimental to the brand, as associates may chase customers away with such bad experiences. The young lady was very detailed and friendly, but it all went downhill when Catherine took over.

I had quite a bad shopping experience today at another shop, but I want to say a big thank you to the two staff members today (one a young girl and the other a lady with a golden ponytail) who made my day. I understand it is not easy in the service line, and even though they wore masks, I could feel a sense of warm welcome and friendly vibes from them. They are indeed a gem of Y21, and keep it up! π«Άπ»
