Extremely bad shopping experience at this outlet. Please kindly review your associate Catherine Lim. She is very rude when serving customers. We are viewing the clothes and she will be urgently trying to rearrange it right infront of us. As we were checking for defects, she urgently wanted to take it back without asking. It will be detrimental to the brand with associate chasing customers away with bad experiences. Just to note that the young lady was very detailed and friendly and it all went downhill when Catherine took over.

have always supported yatch21 and really liked their stuff in terms of fit and quality. However, when i visited the bugis store yesterday I was def disappointed. I was browsing in the store when a staff member (long gold-ish hair) shoved me to was pass me. She did it not once but twice. After I tried on some clothes and approached the counter, she did not acknowledge or check in with me if the items were suitable or if i was interested to purchase any of them. Not only I was not offered any help or assistance, the attitude of the staff was really rude and unacceptable. Really disappointing.

I had a quite bad shopping experience today at other shop but I wanna say a big thanks to the two staff today (one is a young girl and the other is with ponytail gold hair lady) that made my day. I understand it is not easy in servicing line although they wore mask but I can feel a sense a warm welcome and friendly vibes from them. They are indeed a gem of Y21 and keep it upπ«Άπ»

The price range in Yacht 21 seems to be slightly higher than those online labels that falls somewhere in between $29 to $49. Yacht 21 from $49 to $79. I overheard two customers at their 20s telling the assistant it's expansive. Honestly speaking, despite that tiny gap of price difference, Yacht 21 dress cutting is much better (fit and feels like tailor made) and comes in 4 sizes. Offers classic customer service which I really like about. The dress material is good too and some has pockets (well I like pockets as it's practical). The rest so-called more affordable online labels seriously I've tried, is meant for females with flat chest, or cup A at most. The chest measurement is so small but waist way too loose. Some with both chest & waist freaking tight even for S (xs/s/m/l). Basically cutting is not proportionate and not fit. Well, congratulations if you have the lamppost body shape. I am glad I found Yacht 21. Something I feel I can wear for lifetime whether at work or leisure.
