However, we had some chicken skewers (tori q sticks) and placed them in our bowl for extra food, leaving the empty sticks on the plate. When the server cleared our table, they picked up the sticks, handed them back to us, and said, "Outside food." They is a middle to senior aged guy with super big ears.
Seriously? Is this how you treat paying customers? I purchased your food, yet you refused to dispose of the empty sticks—essentially just trash at that point. What’s next? If I use a tissue, will you hand that back to me too? This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for customers who support your store.
A little flexibility and common courtesy would go a long way in making the dining experience better. Very disappointed.

Operationally, I think this is a good flow and moves the crowd and turnover the tables quick. Seats are unfortunately a little squeezey but fully understandable given the lunch crowd.

The portions were very filling and worth the price, it comes with soup as well. I would say that regular size is good for one person and large maybe too much rice. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was average, quite cramped and stuffy.
