DO NOT BUY. This shop is a lie. All of their items are not what is displayed on the box. Buyers beware! They have one side of the box that shows you twelve possible items you could get in that box, while the main side of the box shows an adorable bear. When I asked the staff after purchase, they said I should have asked the staff before buying! Who does that when the box clearly indicated pictures of ONE item? That’s basic consumer expectations.

To the male staff member at Action City Bugis Junction Level 3. You can just remind customers politely that some items cannot be touched. Or even better box them up if u want to place it beside touchable merchandise instead of asking rudely “is my poster not obvious? Pls do not touch!” YES IT IS NOT OBVIOUS! When the do not touch sign is so small! You want people not to touch then dont place it there!! Even a 10 year old know that it is rude to tell people off like that!

At the ActionCity Plus, there is a very dangerous one-step change in floor level that is obviously not allowed by BCA Singapore. It is a tripping hazard, and I myself tripped and almost fell. Your worker gave a nonchalant look as if nothing matters. This noncompliance with authority requirement is a major issue. I hope the shop will rectify the design and comply.

Worst experience ever. If I could rate 0, I would. The blind box item had a huge defect and yet they refused a return when i went back to the store 3.5 days later. First of all the return policy was not properly communicated (who would have known about a 3 day policy???) and on top of that, the staff was so rude in handling this! Customer service and email BOTH unresponsive. This is just ridiculous when the items are not cheap. I’d rather let POPMART earn my money.

Don’t waste your money there guys, selling figure with defects and ask me to accept it because of all figures are hand made and all can’t be the same!! Wth!
Also they mention, photo that shown in the box and actual figures can’t be the same! LOl…Come on, this is not prototypes anymore.

I inquired with the staff if I could purchase directly from the new case with the replenished quantity. However, a Chinese LADY staff member loudly replied, "Cannot." I found it disrespectful, especially since it was heard across the entire store where my girlfriend was on the other side. I suggest teaching your staff basic manners.
Ps, there were only 2 staff that day. One male one female. Thumbs up to the male staff for his service.

We decided eventually to buy a blind box each to celebrate this special day.

During my recent visit, I decided to get 2 Skull Panda Blind Boxes - from the “Laid Back Tomorrow” Collection.
This is the 2nd time I’m getting a Skull Panda Blind Box from them. I discovered the cool Skull Panda series when browsing in this shop last year.
I’m impressed with the service level of the retail team during this visit.
When I was making payment, it’s already 9.30pm (their closing time). The female staff asked whether I’m an ActionCity Member which I’m not.
When I told her it’s ok, I’ll download it another time, she said it’s alright, and asked me to download while she waited.
After downloading their Rewards app, she patiently guided me on how to use it.
I also wanted to use my rebate from my CapitaStar App for my purchase. Her colleague patiently guided me to redeem my rebate.
I then wanted to scan the receipt for my CapitaStar App. Only having done it once before about 6 months ago, I’ve forgotten how to do it.
The same staff patiently taught me how to scan my physical receipt to earn CapitaStar rebates.
Service level is very important in my books. Their patience in waiting for me despite it’s closing time, & guiding me to use the 2 apps scored a lot of brownie points.
I’ll definitely be back.

Hard to see good Customer Service in Singapore nowadays, this young guy’s service attitude is hard to come by. Will definitely go back again.
