Excellent customer service from Tiong Yi. Was attended by him during payment on 12 December at Bugis outlet. He has been very patient n service with a smile despite there is a queue. Hard to see good Customer Service in Singapore nowadays, this young guy’s service attitude is hard to come by. Will definitely go back again.

Worst experience ever. If I could rate 0, I would. The blind box item had a huge defect and yet they refused a return when i went back to the store 3.5 days later. First of all the return policy was not properly communicated (who would have known about a 3 day policy???) and on top of that, the staff was so rude in handling this! Customer service and email BOTH unresponsive. This is just ridiculous when the items are not cheap. I’d rather let POPMART earn my money.

I was attended by Miss Jolin Tan with her excellent sales services, I've left behind my contact number for some items not available. She did follow up and called my phone on next day.. she told me her outlet had missed out on the delivery and offered to reserve a set for me in Vivo instead. She is so sweet. As she can tell I am anxious to have my favourite products soon.

Celebrating my friend’s birthday today with some great food and shopping at Bugis Junction.
We were delighted to be served by Hani (who provided us with great and friendly service).
We decided eventually to buy a blind box each to celebrate this special day.
We were all happy to get the Doraemon we wanted after opening the blind boxes. It’s a lucky and happy day for us all.

Great place to check out all the latest figurines and collectibles in the market. The shop frequently rotate their display shelves and its pretty a must to visit whenever I pass by Bugis Junction.

It’s so fun to ogle & take pictures of the many toys, figurines & collectibles in this shop. I’m glad the staff left the patrons alone as I was taking quite a lot of pics ☺️☺️
Being a Gacha & Toy Lover, this shop together with Popmart are 2 must-visit places for me whenever I’m in Bugis Junction.
One is really spoilt for choice among all the kawaii & cool choices at ActionCity.
During my recent visit, I decided to get 2 Skull Panda Blind Boxes - from the “Laid Back Tomorrow” Collection.
This is the 2nd time I’m getting a Skull Panda Blind Box from them. I discovered the cool Skull Panda series when browsing in this shop last year.
I’m impressed with the service level of the retail team during this visit.
When I was making payment, it’s already 9.30pm (their closing time). The female staff asked whether I’m an ActionCity Member which I’m not.
When I told her it’s ok, I’ll download it another time, she said it’s alright, and asked me to download while she waited.
After downloading their Rewards app, she patiently guided me on how to use it.
I also wanted to use my rebate from my CapitaStar App for my purchase. Her colleague patiently guided me to redeem my rebate.
I then wanted to scan the receipt for my CapitaStar App. Only having done it once before about 6 months ago, I’ve forgotten how to do it.
The same staff patiently taught me how to scan my physical receipt to earn CapitaStar rebates.
Service level is very important in my books. Their patience in waiting for me despite it’s closing time, & guiding me to use the 2 apps scored a lot of brownie points.
I’ll definitely be back.

At the ActionCity Plus, there is a very dangerous one-step change in floor level that is obviously not allowed by BCA Singapore. It is a tripping hazard, and I myself tripped and almost fell. Your worker gave a nonchalant look as if nothing matters. This noncompliance with authority requirement is a major issue. I hope the shop will rectify the design and comply.

To the male staff member at Action City Bugis Junction Level 3. You can just remind customers politely that some items cannot be touched. Or even better box them up if u want to place it beside touchable merchandise instead of asking rudely “is my poster not obvious? Pls do not touch!” YES IT IS NOT OBVIOUS! When the do not touch sign is so small! You want people not to touch then dont place it there!! Even a 10 year old know that it is rude to tell people off like that!

19 Oct, Saturday. Very bad attitude. Witnessed a staff member with a displeased expression (red long hair) slamming the blind full set box. Unlike the cashier, more friendly and polite.
