19 Oct, Saturday. Very bad attitude. Witnessed a staff member with a displeased expression (red long hair) slamming the blind full set box. Unlike the cashier, more friendly and polite.

I did not manage to get her name but the female staff with black/red hair tied up in a ponytail was really friendly and helpful in answering queries and assisting in our purchase. We were looking for a pop mart display case which they don’t have it in stock but she went out of her way to show us a video of the product and how it works. She was also knowledgeable of the products in store and she answered our queries to her best ability which we really appreciated.

I just bought The Batman(Hot toys) form them.
Don’t waste your money there guys, selling figure with defects and ask me to accept it because of all figures are hand made and all can’t be the same!! Wth!
Also they mention, photo that shown in the box and actual figures can’t be the same! LOl…Come on, this is not prototypes anymore.
They call this defective figure as a Unique figure! What’s a non-sense.

I visited the Bugis Junction outlet on January 21, 2024, around 3 pm when the Bearbrick section was about to be restocked. I inquired with the staff if I could purchase directly from the new case with the replenished quantity. However, a Chinese LADY staff member loudly replied, "Cannot." I found it disrespectful, especially since it was heard across the entire store where my girlfriend was on the other side. I suggest teaching your staff basic manners.
Ps, there were only 2 staff that day. One male one female. Thumbs up to the male staff for his service.

DO NOT BUY. This shop is a lie. Their items are not what is displayed on the box. Buyers beware! One side of the box shows twelve possible items you could get, while the main side displays an adorable bear. When I asked the staff after purchase, they said I should have asked them before buying! Who does that when the box clearly indicated ONE item? That’s a basic consumer expectation.
