Excellent customer service from Tiong Yi. He assisted me during payment on 12 December at the Bugis outlet. He was very patient and served with a smile despite the queue. It's hard to see good customer service in Singapore nowadays; his service attitude is hard to come by. Will definitely go back again.

Worst experience ever. If I could rate 0, I would. The blind box item had a huge defect, yet they refused a return when I went back to the store 3.5 days later. First of all, the return policy was not properly communicated (who would have known about a 3-day policy???), and on top of that, the staff was so rude in handling this! Customer service and email were BOTH unresponsive. This is just ridiculous when the items are not cheap. I’d rather let POPMART earn my money.

Great place to check out all the latest figurines and collectibles in the market. The shop frequently **rotates** **its** display shelves, and **it's** pretty much a must-visit whenever I pass by Bugis Junction.

I was attended by Miss Jolin Tan, who provided excellent sales service. I had left my contact number for some unavailable items. She followed up and called me the next day. She told me her outlet had missed out on the delivery and offered to reserve a set for me in Vivo instead. She is so sweet. She could tell I was anxious to have my favourite products soon.

At ActionCity Plus, there is a very dangerous one-step change in floor level that is obviously not allowed by BCA Singapore. It is a tripping hazard, and I tripped and almost fell. Your worker gave a nonchalant look, as if nothing mattered. This non-compliance with regulatory requirements is a major issue. I hope the shop will rectify the design and ensure compliance.

To the male staff member at Action City Bugis Junction Level 3. You can just remind customers politely that some items cannot be touched. Or, even better, box them up if you want to place them beside touchable merchandise, instead of rudely asking, “Is my poster not obvious? Please do not touch!” YES, IT IS NOT OBVIOUS! Especially when the 'do not touch' sign is so small! If you want people not to touch, then don't place them there!! Even a 10-year-old knows that it is rude to tell people off like that!

It’s so fun to ogle and take pictures of the many toys, figurines, and collectibles in this shop. I’m glad the staff left me alone as I was taking quite a lot of pictures. Being a gacha and toy lover, this shop, together with Popmart, are two must-visit places for me whenever I’m in Bugis Junction. I am really spoilt for choice among all the kawaii and cool choices at ActionCity. During my recent visit, I decided to get two Skull Panda Blind Boxes from the “Laid Back Tomorrow” Collection. This is the second time I'm getting a Skull Panda Blind Box from them. I discovered the cool Skull Panda series when browsing in this shop last year. I'm impressed with the level of service of the retail team during this visit. When I was making payment, it was already 9:30 PM (their closing time). The female staff asked whether I was an ActionCity Member, which I was not. When I told her it was okay, I would download it another time, she said it was alright, and asked me to download while she waited. After downloading their Rewards app, she patiently guided me on how to use it. I also wanted to use my rebate from my CapitaStar app for my purchase. Her colleague patiently guided me to redeem the rebate. I then wanted to scan the receipt for my CapitaStar app. Having only done it once before about six months ago, I had forgotten how to do it. The same staff patiently taught me how to scan my physical receipt to earn CapitaStar rebates. The level of service is very important to me. Their patience in waiting for me despite it being closing time, and guiding me to use the two apps, scored a lot of brownie points with me. I'll definitely be back.

Celebrating my friend’s birthday today with some great food and shopping at Bugis Junction. We were delighted to be served by Hani, who provided us with great and friendly service. We eventually decided to buy a blind box each to celebrate this special day. We were all happy to get the Doraemon we wanted after opening the blind boxes. It’s a lucky and happy day for us all.
