Love their ramen, simple but good for the price. The meat was a bit tough, other than that, all is good.

Ajisen Ramen is a solid choice for ramen lovers who want a good meal at a reasonable price. The flavors are satisfying and hit the spot, making it a great option for a casual dining experience. While it may not stand out as exceptional compared to other ramen spots, it delivers good value for the price. Perfect for when you’re craving ramen without breaking the bank.

Service is good, and the food tastes good too. The portion size is just right for each person. Their chicken rice set is very generous. I will come back again.

Service was good. You use a QR code to download the menu and order. The order was then brought to your table. The air conditioning was good, the food was tasty, and the quantity was nice.

The pork was not fresh and had an unpleasant taste. The meat also looked like it had been stored in the fridge for a long time. The sushi was not good either. While the ramen looked good, the sushi's appearance was not good, and it was expensive. Five small pieces cost about 8 dollars, and when I finished the meal, I felt a little queasy. Please! One ramen and five small sushis cost me 28 dollars. It was not good and expensive. Honestly, I won't eat it again.🤞🏻

Mar 2025: The ramen was cooked al dente. There was a good variety for all tastes. They offer value-for-money set menu or à la carte options. There were a number of single diners as well.

The noodles were just right, not overcooked until mushy, which I particularly dislike, and the soup had an umami flavour. I ordered shrimp tempura as my side dish. But it was disappointing to only get 2 tiny pieces, though the good thing is it tasted nice. I should have ordered gyoza, which comes with 4 pieces, or the fried chicken, which also comes with 4. The baby octopus looked nice too. Seeing other patrons' side dishes, they looked so nice. Next time, I'll order that. Also, the portion of the noodles was too small for a man like me; a lady should find it sufficient. It only filled half of my stomach, hahaha. But overall, it was better than the Japanese food on the 4th floor of Bugis+.

I ordered seafood ramen, and the crabstick was supposed to be soft, not hard and uncooked. However, I received uncooked crabstick. When I told the staff, they just said, “It's not what I do; it's the chef. If you want, I can exchange a new one for you.” But giving uncooked food to us and not even apologizing, plus showing us attitude? The staff just threw the receipt onto the table after we told them about the crabstick, as if we had done something wrong. The soba noodles were also extremely hard, as if they weren't cooked properly. This isn't our first time here; we had a much better experience last time, but it seems like the chef has changed. The food quality has dropped significantly.

Convenient place, food is good, service is superb, but the mazesoba portion is miserable. I wish they would also provide a small scoop of rice. I think you should just order their standard ramen; the mazesoba is just normal. The lemon tea is very sweet but good for the hot weather.

The food was average at best, which is why it wasn't packed even at lunchtime. The ramen broth was a bit too oily and lacked any umami taste. The ramen texture, however, was al dente, which is how I like it. The tori karaage and gyoza were the best dishes we had there.
