Poor service. I don't normally give reviews, but today's experience at Aldo Bugis was a bit annoying. When I visited today, the female staff was unfriendly. She didn't even bother to assist, didn't smile, and seemed unwilling to communicate. It's too bad, as I wanted to buy a pair of boots. I think she's Filipina, and perhaps because I'm also Filipino/a, she didn't feel the need to accommodate me. Just annoying.

I purchased a wallet on February 22nd. The zip broke after only 3 uses. When I went to ask for help, repair, or replacement, the person stated it was human error on our side. Why not on the manufacturer's side? So much for a brand! It's alright... They just lost a customer and their family due to a petty attitude.
