Took a wallet on 22nd Feb. the zip broke in 3 uses. Came to ask for help/ repair or replacement and person says it’s human error in our side. Why not on the manufacturer side? So much for a brand ;) It’s alright…. They just lost a customer family for a petty attitude.

Poor service. I don't normally give reviews but today's experience at Aldo Bugis was bit annoying. I visited today, the female staff is unfriendly. Didn't even bother to assist. Didn't smile, and seemed she didn't even want to communicate. Too bad, wanted to buy a pair of boots. I think she's Filipina, and perhaps because I'm Filipino/a also she didn't feel the need to accommodate me. Just annoying.

I bought a bag at Aldo store in Victoria Street, Singapore, on April 30, 2019, I bought a bag cleaning product, I paid and left. However, she just packed the bag, she forgot to pack the bag cleaning product for me. Are the staff at such a large and branded store, perhaps forgetting such an important thing? The value of the item I lost was not great, but I was disappointed in the quality of the service.

On April 30, 2019, I bought a bag and a bag cleaning product at the Aldo store in Victoria Street, Singapore. I paid and left. However, the staff member only packed the bag, forgetting to include the cleaning product for me. Can staff at such a large and branded store really forget such an important item? Superb customer service by Shahbaz, his co-worker at this ALDO branch and also Jurong East's. Been after this specific model of shoe for more than a year now and it was always out of stock. Decided to call ahead this time before going down and randomly tried the Jurong East branch before the Bugis outlet. Shahbaz was very happy to help and set aside the last pair of the shoes for me, which was a size larger than my usual. He also took the initiative to set aside another pair but in my size this time when a new shipment came in a day before I visited the store.
