Was at the bugis outlet and wanted to know the price of a dress. There wasnt any price tag and the sales assistant replied with annoyance. Tried a dress and decided that it didnt suit me. Upon returning the dress, and thank the sales person for her time, she just glared at me and ignore my presence. Super unfriendly and bad service. Will not recommend.

Another one rude staff (see the pun I did here? You did a good job naming your shop.) Was trying on this cardigan when the short hair auntie stuff asked "is it okay?" I replied it's too tight and she replied "sorry lorh some people don't find it tight at all" what kind of reply is that ?? Really curious how can this kind of people work in service line.

Rude & discriminating staff… work on your people skills before working as a salesgirl. Already have a bad rep, at least do something to change or just quit if you find it so troublesome to work and deal with people

Wifey wanted to try on a purple dress, but her size is not available on the rack. Salesgirl refused to get her size in purple and asked her to try the white dress which was in her size. Wifey asked her so if the size in white colour fits her, can she then try on the purple one in her size. "No" was the answer. So how is my wifey supposed to know whether the purple dress suits her? "Company policy" was the reply. Looks like company policy has earned your shop many 1 star reviews.

Please, hire good people. Don't hire staff who make fun of customers' sizes at your Bugis outlet. It's as if they own the store, when they are just salespersons. They need to mind their manners.

This shop actually deserves 0 stars, but Google requires one star for a review. This is my first Google review, and it's for this shop. On November 25th, around 5 PM, I went to this shop and tried 5 pieces. I decided not to buy any, because none of them were to my liking. The shop staff hissed or made weird remarks at my decision not to buy anything. If trying means one must buy, perhaps you could state it clearly in your shop. Extremely disappointed with the shop's service.
