Rude and discriminating staff… Work on your people skills before working as a salesgirl. You already have a bad rep; at least do something to change or just quit if you find it so troublesome to work and deal with people.

I was at the Bugis outlet and wanted to know the price of a dress. There wasn't a price tag, and the sales assistant replied with annoyance. I tried a dress and decided that it didn't suit me. Upon returning the dress and thanking the salesperson for her time, she just glared at me and ignored my presence. The service was super unfriendly and bad. I will not recommend.

Went to the Compass One store. The auntie didn’t try to promote suitable clothing at all, citing nothing suitable. She made no effort. If you tried something on and didn't buy it, her face turned black immediately.

Seriously, 0 stars. I went to the Northpoint location and received the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Staff expressed blatant annoyance and anger because I tried on a few articles of clothing but didn't find anything I wanted to buy. They told me I shouldn't try on something I didn't already like. Yeah, sure – if we could all know what pieces of clothing we liked without trying them on, why do you even have fitting rooms in your shop??

I went to the store in Bugis; the staff thankfully wasn't as rude as the review mentioned (was that review for a different outlet?). I honestly like their dresses; the fabric is comfortable on the skin, and I would repurchase again. Their clothes are also available at Cheris Paya Lebar Square, Level 1 (near Wokhey/Ramburger, etc.), and the staff is quite nice there.

Horrible customer service, subpar quality of clothes, and lacklustre design. Not to mention, overly high prices for something that could potentially be torn after two wears. I was, in fact, scolded for trying on a dress when I chose not to purchase it. If the staff continues to behave this way, it makes me question why there are changing rooms in the shop.
The owner needs to learn how to hire pleasant staff before continuing to operate this business, as customer service is an integral part of a clothing shop, especially for one that falls behind in its quality and clothing design.

Zero to minus stars, if that were an option. Horrible experience! I tried on a dress today and wasn't sure about it. When I went to the dressing room to change back, the sales girl shoved me into the changing room! Yes, you are reading this correctly: she literally shoved me in! And when I left the store, she gave me a nasty glare. I was planning to come back with my partner for another opinion. That will never happen now. I will NOT be back!

I’m extremely satisfied with the service at the Bugis branch. She was helpful, patient, and assisted me in finding the perfect items. The quality of the dresses is good, and I am very happy with my purchase. Her friendly attitude made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this branch!

I would have rated 0 stars if Google allowed it. A dishonest auntie with a boyish haircut sold me a light-coloured dress that was stained because it was the last piece of the size I wanted. She told me that it would wash off. After four attempts at washing the dress, the stain is still there. Very disappointing and dishonest seller. I will never be there again. Very bad experience.
