Very bad and unpolite staff name Ira, she di not make my order complete, she make 2 order after me, after i asked, she did not responds, after i asked several time,she answer vedy unpolite and shout at me, and after that she said this store very crowd, and then she make my order that she did not make it before.

Asked for recommedation n cashier recommended 5 a day. Added shot of ginger. Lovely drink.

Just so your branch owners know, your team members are acknowledging every single paying client by asking the question, “How are you going to pay? by cash or by card." Once you answer by card, you are immediately going to be pushed to the kiosk for self-order service. I am fully aware that you guys don't charge for service, but I just can't wait for your company to invent a machine that can create our own juices to get rid of such poor members of the labour force who don't know how to treat humans as humans or even as paying customers. I don't get the use of these humans in your branch if they don't know how to even behave and treat paying clients as humans. If this is a standard operation, you need to reflect on this way of taking orders, but if this is just a style developed by Sean, I hope you could further train him in how he takes orders from your branch. This way of service is going to definitely indirectly affect the revenue of your business, wherein you pay for such a high rental yet provide very poor service given by employed team members.

Very fast service, no hassle transaction and ordering plus all the staffs were really friendly and accommodative to our needs :)

First time to this store location. Went to order drink, was served by Suchen, who pointed to machine. I placed my order into the machine. At the end of order, it asked me to pay by card. I only have cash. I showed the money to Suchen, who gave me a blank stare and then proceeded to cancel my order in the machine. Then took me to the side and asked me what my order was (could have just looked what my order was and what the name was under). Made payment in cash and received change in 10c coins haha, probably coincidence. Drink (Strawberry Squeeze), tasted not great, artificial and more like banana. Improvement in customer service skills and product is definitely required.

The service staff at Bugis Junction are the worst. They don't even know that there's an issue with a ShopBack voucher and asked customers to key in the redemption code, only to tell us that it cannot be redeemed. When questioned, they only said, "Oh, ShopBack isn't working." If that's the case, why then allow customers to key in the redemption code? There's another lady who even answered that the only way to solve this is to redeem another voucher. There was no logic to that at all. The staff were not apologetic at all and showed a black face when questioned. I have been a loyal customer of Boost, but this is the worst outlet and experience ever.

Once you answer "by card," you are immediately directed to the kiosk for self-order service. I am fully aware that you don't charge for service, but I just can't wait for your company to invent a machine that can create our own juices, thereby eliminating the need for such poor employees who don't know how to treat people with basic human decency, let alone as paying customers. I don't see the point of having these individuals in your branch if they don't know how to behave and treat paying clients with respect. If this is a standard operation, you need to re-evaluate this order-taking process. However, if this is just a style developed by Sean, I hope you will provide further training on his order-taking methods at your branch. This service approach will definitely indirectly affect your business's revenue, especially when you pay for such high rental costs yet provide very poor service from your employed team members.
