The service staff at Bugis Junction is the worst. They don't even know that there's an issue with shop back voucher and asked customers to key in the redemption code, then told us that it cannot be redeemed. When questioned, they only said oh shopback not working. Then in the place, shouldn't you don't allow customers to key in redemption code. There's another lady who even answered that the only way to solve this is to redeem another voucher. The logic is not there at all. The staff is not apologetic at all and showed black face when questioned. Have been a loyal customer of Boost but this is the worst outlet and exp ever

Ordered 4 drinks. 3 of them tasted weird. I have bought Boost at the Bugis branch many times but this is the worst experience. The Soraya's Favourite and Berry Blast both tasted like fruit infused water. Cookies and cream tasted sour. Only the All Berry Bang tasted normal. The drinks were made by a malay lady. Hope she learns how to make the drinks properly in future

I wanted to order a drink with watermelon but the staff said its not available. Then she told the other staff dont cut it cause its not gonna be finished though there’s like at least 5 more people behind and more after I received my drink. She then went to redeem my points without asking. After I mentioned I did not want to, she apparently undo the action but till now i have yet to receive any refund of points. She claims that it’ll be refunded after 10 days I have yet to receive anything. Furthermore, I have paid for the drink which meant that i spent double the amount. First horrible customer service experience from Boost.

Just so your branch owners know, your team members are acknowledging every single paying client by asking the question, “How are you going to pay? by cash or by card." Once you answer by card, you are immediately going to be pushed to the kiosk for self-order service. I am fully aware that you guys don't charge for service, but I just can't wait for your company to invent a machine that can create our own juices to get rid of such poor members of the labour force who don't know how to treat humans as humans or even as paying customers. I don't get the use of these humans in your branch if they don't know how to even behave and treat paying clients as humans. If this is a standard operation, you need to reflect on this way of taking orders, but if this is just a style developed by Sean, I hope you could further train him in how he takes orders from your branch. This way of service is going to definitely indirectly affect the revenue of your business, wherein you pay for such a high rental yet provide very poor service given by employed team members.

I only have cash. I showed the money to Suchen, who gave me a blank stare and then proceeded to cancel my order in the machine. Then took me to the side and asked me what my order was (could have just looked what my order was and what the name was under). Made payment in cash and received change in 10c coins haha, probably coincidence. Drink (Strawberry Squeeze), tasted not great, artificial and more like banana. Improvement in customer service skills and product is definitely required.

A staff member named Ira was serving drinks when she noticed the customer was missing one. Ira politely asked for the receipt to confirm the missing drink before informing the staff to prepare it. The customer became upset, scolding Ira and questioning why the drink wasn’t made or checked earlier. From my mom’s perspective, Ira had already checked and just needed confirmation of which drink was missing. Despite doing her job correctly, the customer took a photo of Ira. Ira handled the situation professionally and continued serving other customers well. Don’t let one difficult customer tarnish her reputation. Well done, Ira. Shame on Keillyn Fidelia Handoyo and Henry Ricardo Handoyo for their entitled behavior—we don’t need that kind of attitude here.
