Here's the edited review: "Very bad and impolite staff member Ira did not make my order complete. She made two orders after me. After I asked, she did not respond. After I asked several times, she answered very impolitely and shouted at me. After that, she said this store was very crowded. Then she made my order, which she had not made before."

I wanted to order a drink with watermelon, but the staff said it's not available. Then she told the other staff, "Don't cut it because it's not going to be finished," even though there were at least five more people in line, and more arrived after I received my drink. She then went to redeem my points without asking. After I mentioned I did not want to, she apparently undid the action, but until now, I have yet to receive any refund of points. She claims that it'll be refunded after 10 days, but I have yet to receive anything. Furthermore, I have paid for the drink, which meant that I effectively spent double the amount. This is my first horrible customer service experience from Boost.

Ordered 4 drinks. 3 of them tasted weird. I've bought Boost at the Bugis branch many times, but this is the worst experience. Soraya's Favourite and Berry Blast both tasted like fruit-infused water. Cookies and Cream tasted sour. Only the All Berry Bang tasted normal. The drinks were made by a Malay lady. Hope she learns how to make the drinks properly in the future.

Rude attitude from a Malay staff member named Isya (or similar). Missed our order, then talked badly with another Malay staff member, saying 'we don't ask' and thinking we wouldn't understand (in Malay). It's better not to prejudge your customers who understand your mother tongue.

The service here is excellent. I ordered a juice from this outlet on July 25, 2024, at around 9:30 p.m. Upon receiving my order, I accidentally knocked the drink off the counter while trying to get a straw. The staff stayed calm, mopped the spill, and made me a new drink, free of charge.

At around 4:45 PM at Boost Bugis Junction, my mom and nephew witnessed an entitled and unreasonable customer. A staff member named Ira was serving drinks when she noticed the customer was missing one. Ira politely asked for the receipt to confirm the missing drink before instructing the staff to prepare it. The customer became upset, scolding Ira and questioning why the drink wasn’t made or checked earlier. From my mom’s perspective, Ira had already checked and just needed confirmation of which drink was missing. Despite doing her job correctly, the customer took a photo of Ira. Ira handled the situation professionally and continued serving other customers well. Don’t let one difficult customer tarnish her reputation. Well done, Ira. Shame on Keillyn Fidelia Handoyo and Henry Ricardo Handoyo for their entitled behavior—we don’t need that kind of attitude here.

Ira was very impolite. She took an order from the person after me in the queue, and when I asked, she did not respond, but she talked with others. After I asked several times, she shouted at me. Please, management, evaluate this impolite lady.

Sorry to say, if you hired 3 staff to run the outlet and none of them bothered to serve at the counter despite no customers in queue, what's the point of hiring so many? Just reduce the labor and stop disappointing your customers! They also gave dirty looks while hiding inside their workstation.

Stopped by Boost at Bugis Junction and saw Ira doing it all: cutting fruits, making drinks, and serving customers like a total fruit ninja! 🥭🍓 Even with so much going on, she still greeted me with a smile, asked if I wanted to add boosters or whey, and ended with a cheerful thank you. It’s not easy to multitask and still stay so friendly, but she nailed it. Fast service, great attitude — you really made my morning better, Ira! 👍😊
