If you are ordering from the US be careful about waiting time. I’ve been waiting forever for my order—it's been a month! When can I expect to receive it? I can't seem to find any solutions. All I keep getting is a tracking number, which doesn't help me resolve the situation. Why has my order been sitting in LA for 8 days?

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and the place was buzzing and crowded but billing was quick nonetheless! They are a little short on stock with several items available online, not available in the store. I bought a bag and a pair of shoes, and was assisted by Min who was very helpful and courteous!

It was so busy (everyone probably shopping for the new year) but I was met with such an attentive and friendly lady, Ploy. She was attentive to everyone despite it being crowded! The guy who served me at the till was really kind too, his name was Alvin.

You will hear a lot of Charles and Keith this Charles and Keith that. It's a definitely worth checking out if you are in Singapore since it's a Singaporean brand. You get everything at literally half cost than India. The collection is great, the quality is good too.

I came in on a Saturday evening at the Bugis outlet and the place was packed! But all the staff were still super friendly and they served everyone patiently. Special shoutout to Xu Ting!! She saw me eyeing a bag and offered to help before I could even ask. And if anyone is wondering yes I bought that bag ;p

The trainee Sarah was very sweet and welcoming when I visited the store. She toured me around the shop and showed me around the different bags, even advising me on what was nice. I got to buy a really pretty white cross body bag!

It was soooo busy due to hari raya around the corner and Nicole was such a gem. They didn’t carry my size and she helped me contact other outlets for the shoe that I want and reserved it. I had a change of size suddenly and without hesitation, she went to contact the outlet for a change and even tried to find one nearer to my home. She was patient, sweet and truly one of the best service I’ve ever received from C&K

I'm a size 41, and needless to say it's not easy to find shoes that fit me. For my first time shopping at Charles & Keith, a Malaysian (I think) trainee staff patiently assisted me in trying out the different models that caught my eye, even calling up other outlets to enquire on size availability despite the crowd and the possibility that I might very well have left empty-handed. Definitely made me feel a little less alone on a single Valentine's Day. :) Thankfully, I managed to settle on a pair of Judy Hopps metallic accent Mary Janes in the end - literally the only model in my size I could wear that suited my needs.
