The trainee Sarah was very sweet and welcoming when I visited the store. She toured me around the shop and showed me around the different bags, even advising me on what was nice. I got to buy a really pretty white cross body bag!

It was soooo busy due to hari raya around the corner and Nicole was such a gem. They didn’t carry my size and she helped me contact other outlets for the shoe that I want and reserved it. I had a change of size suddenly and without hesitation, she went to contact the outlet for a change and even tried to find one nearer to my home. She was patient, sweet and truly one of the best service I’ve ever received from C&K

I love this brand and their shops,the style is always very refreshing.staff are always happy to help and polite. Its loosing one star because the quality of some shoes declines shortly after purchase with use. Especially the front bit.

Charles & Keith team at Bugis Junction outlet is way more helpful & friendly compared to the bunch at Wisma Atria outlet! Although the store were busy, they take time to have a short convo with their customers & make them feel comfortable unlike the team at Wisma Atria.

I'm a size 41, and needless to say it's not easy to find shoes that fit me. For my first time shopping at Charles & Keith, a Malaysian (I think) trainee staff patiently assisted me in trying out the different models that caught my eye, even calling up other outlets to enquire on size availability despite the crowd and the possibility that I might very well have left empty-handed. Definitely made me feel a little less alone on a single Valentine's Day. :) Thankfully, I managed to settle on a pair of Judy Hopps metallic accent Mary Janes in the end - literally the only model in my size I could wear that suited my needs.
