Sarah, the trainee, was very sweet and welcoming when I visited the store. She toured me around the shop and showed me the different bags, even advising me on what was nice. I got to buy a really pretty white cross body bag!

I came in on a Saturday evening at the Bugis outlet, and the place was packed! But all the staff were still super friendly, and they served everyone patiently. Special shoutout to Xu Ting! She saw me eyeing a bag and offered to help before I could even ask. And if anyone is wondering, yes, I bought that bag!

I always get bags whenever I travel to Singapore on personal trips and get great discounts in Singapore compared to the rates in any other country I've visited, which is why I've always wanted to buy this specific brand. Durable and beautiful products. My absolute favourite.

You will hear a lot about Charles and Keith, this and that. It's definitely worth checking out if you are in Singapore, since it's a Singaporean brand. You get everything at literally half the cost compared to India. The collection is great, the quality is good too.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon, the place was buzzing and crowded, but billing was quick nonetheless! They were a little short on stock; several items available online were not available in the store. I bought a bag and a pair of shoes and was assisted by Min, who was very helpful and courteous!

If you are ordering from the US, be careful about waiting time. I’ve been waiting forever for my order—it's been a month! When can I expect to receive it? I can't seem to find any solutions. All I keep getting is a tracking number, which doesn't help me resolve the situation. Why has my order been sitting in LA for 8 days?
