The workers hate their job and hate customers, far cry from what Gongcha used to be. Management please do better

At 5.50pm, there were 2 staffs attending shop. 1 tomboyish, while other petite both unattentive browsing hp. When asked of payments mode, tomboy displayed loathing body language made one felt unwelcome. Despite so, purchased thru machine could not alleviate the disgusting fact my patronage could be better spent elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks.

Efficient, straightforward with good standard of drinks!

Not too dissimilar to other bubble tea places. However, I do prefer the taste of their milk teas. I have visited their different branches in different cities, and their consistency is brilliant. At this branch, it's quick via kiosk ordering.

At 5:50 PM, there were two staff on duty. One was tomboyish, while the other was petite; both were inattentive, browsing their phones. When asked about payment modes, the tomboyish one displayed loathing body language that made one feel unwelcome.
