Great service at this branch. It's my favorite milk tea, but I was disappointed by the CNY money grab. They only have large-size drinks, not medium, which is way too much tea for me. Also, all the Shopback promos are in medium sizes.

Tried their student promo pearl milk tea, their signature taro drink. It was extremely delicious, probably the best taro drink compared to taro milk teas from other bubble tea stores. I recommend getting 50% sugar to taste the taro flavor more clearly. I always buy the taro drink whenever I go to Gongcha; it simply tastes like melted taro ice cream at an affordable price.

Ordered on the kiosk at 11:01 AM, but no one was available to serve. Still waiting after 5 minutes. Not acceptable.

Alishan milk tea with rainbow jelly, 0% sugar: Tasted like diluted milk. Couldn't taste the tea at all.

I ordered Earl Grey tea using self-order. It's easy and fast. The taste is good, less sweet, and with less ice.

I always get the honey lemon green tea. When asked for no lemon skin, they leave out the lemon completely. While syrup is fine, the drink is just green tea with topping. This has happened multiple times.

Located at L3 next to Kino, right next to the main escalator when coming from the MRT. Earl Grey milk tea with herbal jelly used to be my favorite bubble tea drink, but now it tastes watered down. The herbal jelly also wasn't sweet enough, and a bit too soft/nua. But ordering was fast, with two self-service kiosks available. There was also no queue despite a constant stream of customers. I waited only a minute for my drink. Card payment is accepted. I will come again but will try another drink. The Earl Grey milk tea is just too watered down now, despite paying extra for no ice.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent visit to Gongcha Classic Bugis on May 11, 2025, at approximately 1904. While I was looking forward to satisfying my craving for their taro milk tea, my experience was soured by the incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior of the person in charge. When I approached the counter to clarify my payment method, the person in charge's attitude was unwelcoming and, frankly, offensive, as if I were there to redeem a one-for-one milk tea on Fave. To make matters worse, I attempted to pay for my order, and while the payment seemingly went through on my end, I was told the transaction was unsuccessful as they no longer accept that payment method. Following the person in charge's instructions, I had to make a second payment for the same drink. It was only later that I discovered the initial payment had indeed been processed, resulting in a double charge for a single item that should have been covered by the first transaction. Additionally, she slammed my drink on the countertop. As a customer, I don't think that's the kind of attitude I deserved. I completely understand that working long hours and being understaffed can cause stress, but there's no need to lash it out on customers, especially when I was not being demanding or making a scene; I just enquired nicely. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling cheated and disrespected. The combination of the person in charge's terrible attitude and the payment mishap is unacceptable. I now have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund for the erroneous charge, all while still being upset by the poor treatment I received. I strongly advise others to consider other options before visiting. The unprofessionalism and potential for payment issues make this a place I will certainly not be returning to. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the staff's conduct and their payment processing system to prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers.
