Bad attitude from lady with black shoulder length hair. There was no customer and she was not doing anything so I asked if there’s a pharmacy near by. She did not even bother looking up. if looking for moissanite, you’re better off buying from Etsy or other online stores. They offer unique custom pieces for around the same price or cheaper unlike their tacky common design. PS. I was waiting for my mom to finish shopping outside Iora so I had a good view of their counter. There was a couple who came to view the shop but the rude lady wasn’t even around to serve them. She disappeared for a good 20 mins at 4.10pm. Not sure why anyone would hire someone with bad attitude who don’t even bother doing their job properly.

Staff mentioned 50% off on name customised necklace a few days ago. Upon contacting customer service to see if the promo is still up, their response was just to visit the store. When i travelled down to their store, they mentioned there was no more promo. Wasted my time, exceptionally poor attitude from the customer service. Had they mentioned the promo wasn’t available anymore upon asking, we will not make the wasted trip down.

Horrendous service. The service staff at this outlet needs a lesson on customer service. Had passed by and asked for directions, instead of politely responding was met with eye rolls, terribly rude tone and dismissive attitude. If the aim is to attract customers, then service staff need to first learn how to be polite to customers.
