Bugis Junction outlet review: Didn't notice any floor staff to assist customers despite it being Sunday. The only staff I saw was an old security guard pacing around. Anyway, even with floor staff around, they had been observed to just stand rigidly next to the shelves. They were not trained to be proactive and professional by stepping up to offer assistance. Some had been seen to deliberately ignore customers, walked away and pretended to 'busy' themselves by shifting the items about on the shelves. I personally had to walk up to the staff for assistance while they were either chatting among themselves or turning an 'invisible' eye to customers. **I'm giving them 3 stars today as the cashier serving me was friendly and quite polite. Otherwise, it used to be 1 or 2 stars for their incompetence & lack of basic customer service, especially when Innisfree is located at the heartland malls. It can be quite appalling!😱😱

Very bad service from the cashier. Told me that I can't use E member card from Perk application for member benefits. Asked me to bring the physical member card on next time. I really like the products but in the future I may not buy from that store. Come on, now everywhere using app to make things easier. Any idea to bring all the member cards to shop?

Another spacious innisfree outlet, which seems to carry the full range of products available in-store. Despite dropping by about 15min after the store just opened (and the sole staff was still setting up at the counter), the staff was still courteous and friendly.

Korean products. Friendly and helpful staff, you can ask skin care recommendation for your skin type. They have skin care, make up, nail polish, body wash, shampoo, lotion and perfume. All in one place. I don’t really fancy their skin care. I went for their hand lotion and perfume. Smells good!

I have always been a fan of Innisfree, but my experience at the store today has left me speechless. My friend and I were browsing through the single eyeshadows. When she opened the drawer, one of them dropped. One of the staff immediately came to pick it up and checked for damages (a normal procedure), then walked away without saying anything. By this point, we knew something was up, so my friend walked to her and asked what was wrong. The staff remained quiet until my friend asked again, "Do I need to pay for it?" She immediately said yes and kept insisting that it was already broken. My friend then tried to explain that when she opened the drawer, the eyeshadow dropped, and that it was really a bad drawer design because the products were disorganized. My friend was willing to pay for it because the shade was nice anyway, but she was just trying to provide feedback to the staff. The staff then became very defensive and kept saying there was a "Once broken, considered sold" tag. We understood this, but we were just trying to provide feedback, and my friend had already agreed to pay for it. What truly angered me was the attitude of the staff; she was rude, defensive, and sarcastic, saying, "Okay, don't pay. It will just be deducted from our pay then." I don't think this is how your customer service should be, and it is really utterly disappointing coming from such a big brand.
