Here's an edited version: Really proactive staff who can tell you, based on your skin type, what items are best for you and when monthly promotions expire. For example, asking them about masks is great. They are also quick to help with product costs and provide recommendations.

I would like to thank Natalie, who was very helpful. Not only did she recommend pieces I might like, she helped with my nose stud after I told her I couldn't change it myself.

Is the staff lazy, or what? Before purchasing, I asked what the minimum purchase was to get a free gift. The staff only mentioned that a minimum of 60 was required for a free gift. But I just realized on Facebook that a free gift is also available with any purchase, though it's a lesser one.

I was assisted by Nadia, and she was really kind and patient while serving me and my boyfriend! She took the time to explain every question I had about the skincare. Bugis will be my go-to outlet from now on!

Nadia/Nadya was very welcoming to my girlfriend and me. She politely welcomed us to the store and answered all our queries. She was also very patient and showed good salesmanship.

TL;DR Very attentive staff! On-point customer service! From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted with smiles by Nadiah and her team. Nadiah was also very knowledgeable; she introduced to us the different ranges of Innisfree skincare for various objectives and skin types! Her friendly and approachable attitude allowed us to understand more about Innisfree products. She also highlighted the ongoing shop promotions with Wiggle Wiggle, so we knew what free gifts we could score when we purchased a certain item/bundle! All in all, we were very happy with the shopping experience and the service level at this Bugis Junction outlet! Thank you Nadiah and team! :)
