Really proactive staff, who can tell you based on your skin types what items and when monthly promotion expires. Eg. Asking them, about mask are great. Quick, in helping settle goods cost and recommendation as well.

Dk staff lazy or what. Before purchase got ask buy min how much got free gift. Staff only mention min 60 got free gift. But I just realize in fb that with any purchase also have tho lesser

TL;DR Very attentive staff! On-point customer service! From the point we entered the store, we were greeted with smiles by Nadiah and team, and also Nadiah was very knowledgeable, she proceeded to introduce to us the different ranges of Innisfree skincare for various objectives and various skin types!! Her friendly and approachable attitude allowed us to understand more about Innisfree products. She also highlighted to us the ongoing shop promotions with Wiggle wiggle, so we knew what free gifts we could score when we score a certain item/bundle! All in all, we were very happy with the shopping experience and the service level at this Bugis Junction outlet! Thank you Nadiah and team! :)

i was assisted by Nadia and she was really kind and patient while serving me and my boyfriend! took the time to explain every question i had about the skincare. bugis will be my go-to outlet from now on!!
