I visited iStudio Bugis Junction to get a few Apple accessories. I was assisted by Mr Ash, who noticed that I was a bit lost. He was most helpful by explaining and showing the different options and was very patient in answering my queries.
I am very happy with my purchases of a powerbank, 3-in-1 charger and 2 earphones.

I recently visited iStudio Bugis to inquire about buying AirPods, and my experience with one of the staff members was disappointing. The salesperson was quite aggressive and impolite in handling my questions. Previously, when I was purchasing the iPhone 16 Pro, this same staff member also acted unprofessionally, making unnecessary comments and jokes at my and my friends’ expense. I expected a more respectful and courteous experience, especially when making a premium purchase. I hope the management will look into this, as professional and respectful customer service makes all the difference.

Don’t waste time coming here, just go straight to Apple Store. They don’t have stock even for basic items like the iPhone USB C power adapter (even though their website clearly stated that it is available) and tried to hard sell much more expensive third party alternative to us.

There was a friendly amazing customer service staff named Marvin who helped us with the apple watch SE. He introduced us to a promotion that was on going, and told us about how this ear piece was a better set. Kind. Helpful and energetic, he helped my wife even during payment by encouraging her to check her grab pay later, which he informed us had a longer period of payment compared to atome. 10/10 service. Would give more but i don't know how to do a in store review.
