Josh's Grill might be the best Western food in the entire Bugis area for its price. At a decent about $15 (including tax and service) you can get an amazing chicken chop and 2 sides.
My table also had the fish and chips, and the snow cheese chicken cutlet. All these dishes were amazingly fried/cooked, and Josh's Grill is always very generous with the sauces. I highly recommend the corn side, with its amazing grill char-taste that most places are missing.
The drinks here are fairly good too, but can be pricey. I recommend getting one of the big mugs and sharing it with someone to even out the costs.
Overall, not a meal I'd have all the time since it's still a bit pricey, but it's always worth it.

Came during dinner time, no wait for table, plenty of seats. Ordered and waited for my food, my partner’s meal arrived first so i told him to have it since mine was taking same time. We were having the same chicken chop, just with different sides, but somehow when he was done eating, mine has yet to arrive but other customers around me has received theirs. Told a waitress about it, she went to check and didn’t come back, told another waitress then they gathered to discuss for abit before my meal finally came.
I usually have a pretty pleasant time at Josh Grill but today was one of the unfortunate ones :(
Was delighted when a staff offered me a complimentary dessert. The service recovery made me feel a lot better!

Food too oily, taste average.
Onion ring batter is soak in oil & e easily separated from onion. Same for fried calamari.
Hot plate sirloin steak came in a heated plate where a cup of oil is poured in. Even truffle mash potato has a layer of oil. Very jalek after meal, will not come back.

I had an amazing experience at Josh’s Grill. The food was absolutely delicious – I ordered the fish & chip and Salmon, and it was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The service was outstanding; our server was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a casual dinner or a special occasion. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. I’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommend! Kudos to manager Syasya & all team!! 👍👍👍

Had a wonderful dining experience at Josh’s Grill, Bugis outlet! The food was flavorful and served piping hot. I had the grilled chicken with brown sauce, and it was juicy, tender, and paired perfectly with the creamy mashed potatoes and cheesy rice. The sides were rich and comforting — a great complement to the main.
Service was warm and attentive, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The ambience is cozy yet stylish. Great for casual meals with friends or family. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for affordable Western food with generous portions and great taste!

We went a little adventurous with tonight's choices. The JG Duck Rolls and Butterscotch Frothy are fantastic! 👍 The Grape Burnt Cheese Cake... I think we'd still prefer the original. 🤭
Josh's Grill is one of the few very safe choices for dining. 💕

Cozy environment and not crowded during weekday lunch, great for a relaxed friend’s gathering. Loved the soft, slightly warm bread served before the meal! However, the meats in the set meals were a bit on the small side and tasted just average. It would be nice to have more veggie (greens) side dish options to balance the meal.

Had the fish n chip (sea bass) which was nicely battered. The salad was nice. Fries was cold and I waited awhile after my partner chicken chop was served. Back to the food. Chicken chop seems small about a palm sized and thick cut. The baked potato was alright but the macaronic cheese was not. Too dry. Not to our liking. However the onion sauce was a thumbs up so was the mayo for the fish n chip AND the complimentary bun was a surprise. Service was alright server were friendly and helpful. Price is compatible to most of the western in jewel. There was no airport staff discount thou .I pity the cashier cos she must have answered the same question many time by airport staff. Will we come back ? Maybe yes, maybe not.
