Worst Kiehlβs outlet. Service was bad. I registered for hydration sampling kits and received the sms on 18 Feb however as I was busy hence I can only make time to visit on 12 Mar. The staff told me they no longer have this samples. Who are you kidding? Even if you donβt have the exact ones or not full set could still can offer me some others that are suitable for my skin. Super bad service, deserve a zero star.

Worst Kiehlβs outlet. Service was bad. I registered for hydration sampling kits and received the SMS on Feb 18; however, as I was busy, I could only make time to visit on Mar 12. The staff told me they no longer had these samples. Who are you kidding? Even if you didn't have the exact ones or a full set, you still could have offered me other suitable ones for my skin. Super bad service; it deserves zero stars.

Update 27 Nov: I visited the store with my friend where they were having Black Friday 20% sales and Kenry was very helpful and patient in serving my friend who asked a lot of questions π and in the end she made her purchases. Melissa was there too and the whole experience was very approachable, professional, happy, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these 2 staff if you are shopping at kiehls BUGIS junction! π€ βββ Based on my purchase on 23 Nov: Melissa was very knowledgeable in explaining which products suit my sensitive eczema skin as I had previously used different kiehls products that caused my skin to be red, sensitive and inflamed so I stopped using them and remaining contents just left in a corner at home to expire.. π« She did a quick sinple skin test on me to check my skin hydrating levels and suggested the hydrating serum and centella moisturizer would be suitable for me. My previous kiehls purchases that did not suit me was based on my own research of the best kiehls products of which my sensitive skin could not handle. I took some time before I gave my review since my purchase on 23 Nov until now, itβs been 1 week plus and I have been using the hydrating serum she recommended me, along with the centella sensitive skin moisturizer n I am very happy to say that my skin accepts it! Itβs hard to find this level of customer service these days! Joey is always so helpful, patient, and goes the extra mile to make sure I understand my skincare routine. I really appreciate how she even stores the steps in my mobile so I can follow them easily at home, such a thoughtful touch. Though there are other Kiehl's outlets nearby me but I still choose to drop by Bugis Junction outlet because of the excellent service. Sheβs truly a gem to the company! The whole team is also friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. Thank you for the consistently amazing service.

I usually feel very nervous to step in shops especially those skincare type cause Iβve got 0 idea about the product or whatnot but I was greeted by Joey. She was so warm and very polite. Took her time to really explain what is the product. I even had a free skin analysis. Joey definitely went the extra mile to guide me through the journey and I am so very thankful for that!! I've been Kiehl's customer for a while but only got my first purchase at Kiehl's Bugis Junction today and it turned out to be my best experience in a Kiehl's store so far. The sales manager Melissa was so helpful with all her practical advice and honest reviews on specific products that may work best for my skin condition. She also offered tips on good deals regarding Capitaland vouchers, Kiehl's points - notifying me about my points expiring soon which I wasn't aware of. It was such a wonderful shopping experience that I decided to patronise this Kiehl's store more frequently even when it's not the nearest one from my home.

Although I neither work nor stay near Bugis, I always make a point to visit just for skincare because the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Melissa and Joey, in particular, always manage to make me spend a lot of money hahaha! Their service is absolutely superb!

Customer service is above average here as the staff on duty that day was polite and had good product knowledge. She was obliging and smiling when I needed to try out some samples. She was also able to provide some good solution to my skin issue without the hard sell. Previously, they had a staff and I believed she was the senior sales staff who perpetually wore an ugly scowl on her face. She was really off-putting with her hostile expression and attitude. You can't get decent customer service from her. Mostly rude to customers, so I stopped patronising that outlet for a year.
