Worst Kiehlβs outlet. Service was bad. I registered for hydration sampling kits and received the sms on 18 Feb however as I was busy hence I can only make time to visit on 12 Mar. The staff told me they no longer have this samples. Who are you kidding? Even if you donβt have the exact ones or not full set could still can offer me some others that are suitable for my skin. Super bad service, deserve a zero star.

The staff told me they no longer had these samples. Who are you kidding? Even if you didn't have the exact ones or a full set, you still could have offered me other suitable ones for my skin. Melissa was very knowledgeable in explaining which products suit my sensitive eczema skin as I had previously used different kiehls products that caused my skin to be red, sensitive and inflamed so I stopped using them and remaining contents just left in a corner at home to expire.. π«
She did a quick sinple skin test on me to check my skin hydrating levels and suggested the hydrating serum and centella moisturizer would be suitable for me.
My previous kiehls purchases that did not suit me was based on my own research of the best kiehls products of which my sensitive skin could not handle.
I took some time before I gave my review since my purchase on 23 Nov until now, itβs been 1 week plus and I have been using the hydrating serum she recommended me, along with the centella sensitive skin moisturizer n I am very happy to say that my skin accepts it! Yay! ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»

The sales manager Melissa was so helpful with all her practical advice and honest reviews on specific products that may work best for my skin condition. She also offered tips on good deals regarding Capitaland vouchers, Kiehl's points - notifying me about my points expiring soon which I wasn't aware of. It was such a wonderful shopping experience that I decided to patronise this Kiehl's store more frequently even when it's not the nearest one from my home.
