Worst Kiehlβs outlet. Service was bad. I registered for hydration sampling kits and received the sms on 18 Feb however as I was busy hence I can only make time to visit on 12 Mar. The staff told me they no longer have this samples. Who are you kidding? Even if you donβt have the exact ones or not full set could still can offer me some others that are suitable for my skin. Super bad service, deserve a zero star.

Although I neither work nor stay near Bugis, I always make a point to visit just for skincare because the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Melissa and Joey, in particular, always manage to make me spend a lot of money hahaha! Their service is absolutely superb!

Very good experience with the staff, Jacky from Bugis branch. Very professional. Very patience & friendly. He will explained the skincare products to my friend & me based on the skincare step by step procedure & how to use and gave us samples to try. Overall, the bugis branch staff were friendly. Will go back there again if I need more Kiehl's skincare products.

Had a really bad experience with my online purchase & requested for an 1-1 exchange at the Bugis outlet. I was directed to head down to the Bugis outlet to exchange the item, but there was no prior communication to the store team & they were unaware of the situation. However really thankful for Melissa & the store team for their professionalism to follow up & expedite things quickly. Managed to get my exchange. Thank you! πππ»

Customer service is above average here as the staff on duty that day was polite and had good product knowledge. She was obliging and smiling when I needed to try out some samples. She was also able to provide some good solution to my skin issue without the hard sell.
Previously, they had a staff and I believed she was the senior sales staff who perpetually wore an ugly scowl on her face. She was really off-putting with her hostile expression and attitude. You can't get decent customer service from her. Mostly rude to customers, so I stopped patronising that outlet for a year.

Update 27 Nov:
I visited the store with my friend during their Black Friday 20% sales. Kenry was very helpful and patient in serving my friend, who asked a lot of questions π , and in the end, she made her purchases.
Melissa was also present, and the service from both staff was very approachable, professional, happy, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these two staff members if you are shopping at Kiehl's Bugis Junction! π€

Based on my purchase on 23 Nov:
Melissa was very knowledgeable in explaining which products suit my sensitive eczema skin. I had previously used different Kiehl's products that caused my skin to be red, sensitive, and inflamed, so I stopped using them, leaving the remaining contents in a corner at home to expire.. π«
She did a quick, simple skin test on me to check my skin hydration levels and suggested the hydrating serum and Centella moisturizer would be suitable for me.
My previous Kiehl's purchases that did not suit me were based on my own research of the best Kiehl's products, which my sensitive skin could not handle.
I took some time before giving my review. Since my purchase on November 23rd, it's been over a week, and I have been using the hydrating serum she recommended, along with the Centella sensitive skin moisturizer. I am very happy to say that my skin accepts it! Yay! ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»
