Rude cashier. The cashier was on her phone all the time. When I was about to pay, I said "excuse me" a few times, but she just ignored me, continuing to chat and smile on her phone until I said "excuse me" for the fourth time. When paying, I asked for a bag, and she continued to ignore me. However, she did give me a bag eventually. Such a bad experience just because of a cashier. I came at around 8 p.m. on August 23rd.

Just got my ears pierced today, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. I didn't manage to catch the name of the girl who pierced my ears, but she was so lovely and entertained all my questions. She also helped me decide where to pierce my ears and recommended what earrings to wear for the piercing! Overall, it was a really wonderful experience, and it really made my day, so thank you! <3

Never support this Lovisa branch! They pierced my ears badly, twice! They didn't take the time to properly ensure symmetrical piercing so both ears ended up looking totally different. I had to take my piercing out to allow the hole to close. After wasting my time and money going back and forth to rectify their bad service, they still charged me $45 both times, and when the diamanté fell off their earring after a day, they charged me to replace it 😠 They could have done the piercing for free after all the inconvenience caused... or at the very least have offered a voucher. What's more, no apologies were received for the unnecessary discomfort from the number of times I had to get my ears shot with the gun, nor the inconvenience!

The staff there on Tuesday, September 28th, at 6:30 PM were unfriendly and quite rude. When I asked to clarify the price, as not all items were on sale in my experience, she rudely denied my statement. When I purchased the item, she displayed a bad attitude, saying things like “Key here,” “there,” “ok?” as if I were bothering her, and handed me the items as if she were giving trash to me. This shop needs to train its staff better. There's no need to treat customers like a queen, but they must have some basic customer service skills. I won't go there again if I see her.

Service at the Bugis store is pathetic. Wanted to exchange a pair of earrings since I got the wrong colour. First, the salesperson was uninterested and said it would take time to process the exchange. I said no problem. Then she asked for the receipt and if I had tried them on – which I hadn't, due to hygiene concerns. She went on to examine the pack from all angles, opened it, studied all the earrings carefully, and then spoke to someone on the phone, only to come back and say, "Sorry, we cannot exchange due to hygiene concerns! You could try to exchange it at the Parkway store where you originally bought them!!" While I fully respect the exchange policy, could she not have said that before opening up the sealed pack?? And how can she even suggest exchanging when she herself opened it and ruined the pack?! Though I tried to explain, she didn't get it! Lazy and unhelpful staff ruined the store experience. Service quality in their Parkway store is far better.

I went there to get my piercing done on August 8th, around 5 PM. The staff was so friendly and made my experience wonderful. I wasn't planning to buy earrings, but I ended up buying a pair to support her. She was so careful and considerate when piercing my ears despite the huge crowd waiting for her. Great service! I would love to come again. I went to other shops like Invite Only and Pandora, and was treated very coldly for being underdressed.

The Malay staff was very rude and unfriendly. We came in to ask if they had ear piercing, and she gave us a mean look and scowled, repeatedly telling us she couldn't hear us. When we tried to raise our voice to make sure she could hear us, she said we were rude and chased us away. A staff member who is rude to customers and unhappy to work is unfit and tarnishes the shop's reputation at Bugis Junction.

I got my ears pierced here today and had the best experience. The guy who did the piercing was super sweet and friendly. He and I had a great conversation, and the piercing itself wasn't painful. The $45 package provided the earrings, piercing service, cleaning solution, and an instruction card. Couldn't have had a better day. Thanks!

I’ve always enjoyed the products at Lovisa, but I was disappointed to find it was closed well past the stated opening time. The hours are listed as 10 a.m., but even after waiting 20-30 minutes, the store remained closed. It would be helpful if the hours were updated to reflect the actual opening time.

I encountered a very bad experience today with your sales staff, specifically the person shown in the photo. While my friend and I went into your shop to purchase earrings, we chose three pairs at $25.90, $26.90, and $28.90 each. We were ready to pay, but with a very sarcastic tone, your staff member grabbed them and put them back onto the hanger. I was stunned at that moment and asked her if those earrings were not for sale. She replied to us in a very rude manner and told us to get those earrings from outside, which are cheaper. I still kept my cool and told her that I wanted those three pairs of earrings. From her facial expressions and the way she spoke to us, it was obvious she was looking down on my friend and me.
