I must highlight that I feel appreciated that Jocelyn remembers me well even though I do not make a monthly purchase, but her memory is good. My first time visiting MAC Bugis Junction to buy the lip balm. I have never used much makeups or MAC products before except the lip balm. I walked in, greeted by Jocelyn, told her what I wanted and she recommended other color that looks good on my skin tone. I like her recommendation and bought other 2 colors. Then as we chat along, she is super friendly, knowledgeable and very happy to share even I looks like I am not getting anything else. I then decided to buy some other makeup items that I have and has expired. Lol. Don’t judge, I really very seldom put on makeups. Jocelyn then shared a lot. To be honest here, she did not push me or hard sales me. I am just at the same time getting things that I needed (those that has expired in my current makeup pouch) i love her recommendations, tried on my face, simple but the result is mind blowing. Thank you Jocelyn! As promised, once I have finish using I will go back to the same outlet to look for you.

I had a lovely experience with JOJO! I became tanned after my trip from the philippines and needed a change in my lipstick rotation. Walked into the store and was greeted by Jojo who was so friendly and professional. She even recommended me a lipstick + lipliner duo. I was sold right off the bat and immediately got it because it was so pretty!

I visited on 29 Mar 2025 (Sat) 7pm for Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation complexion shade match and flash makeover with foundation-inspired mocktail (milk tea). The experience was amazing and my shade was matched well. The consultant was very friendly and explained the different steps she did. I can’t help but compare that this branch is so much more peaceful and organised than the Takashimaya one hmm. Thank you once again!

Jocelyn from Mac bugis is an excellent makeup artist. I went to buy my normal loss powder. It was out of stock. I needed the powder urgently, no time to go other branch too. So she went extra mile to introduce other compact powder which is suitable for my skin condition and went ahead to chose the colours I need for my skin. Then she even went ahead to tell me which colour suit me and etc. I was amazed with her service cos normally I need to 'beg' for attention even there is no other customers. I am so so please with her service with delighted smile. I hope we have more of such makeup artist like her. Basically most people comes with no knowledge so we want the expertise help where sometimes we are so scared to approach them. Thanks!
