I recently purchased a platinum ring from the Meyson Jewellery outlet at Joo Chiat Complex on June 1st, but unfortunately, it was too tight when I tried it at home. I was able to exchange it today at the Bugis Junction outlet, despite it being more than 7 days since my purchase.
I was impressed by the excellent after-sales service provided by sales lady Chloe Soh Qi Ai. She was warm, helpful, and understanding, taking the time to recommend alternative designs that would fit me better. Her professionalism and patience made the exchange process smooth and hassle-free.
I appreciate that Chloe didn't dismiss my concerns and worked with me to find a solution. The staff at the Meyson Jewellery Bugis Junction outlet truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Visited the Meyson Bugis outlet earlier today and was served by two amazing staff. They were very welcoming at the start and never hard-sold us any items. Despite going back and forth between rings, they showed no sign of frustration and even reassured us that they were happy to help us with our selection. Both of them were very bubbly and enthusiastic individuals who made us feel comfortable by providing chairs for us and even cracking some jokes along the way.
The level of customer service they portrayed today is something many can learn from. Thanks for making our day, and we hope you continue to do so for others as well.

She showed us the pendant that we wanted and patiently answered our questions.
She always had a smiling face, and we were very happy to be served by her.
We finally bought two diamond pendants (0.5 and 0.4 carats) and one pair of 0.5-carat diamond earrings from Meyson.

Visited Meyson Bugis on Saturday, 26th July 2025 around 5pm and had a wonderful experience. I was served by Chloe, who provided excellent customer service! She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy while I was choosing my engagement ring. Her professionalism and calm guidance really helped make the experience special.
