Went in to buy a phone an hour before closing and transaction was fast and seamless. Taras, the person who attended to us was very polite and helpful. The phone is in wonderful condition as well and very happy with my purchase :) They also got a good sustainability initiative as they take in old electronics to recycled to be used as parts. Even their packaging is made from recyclables! Will come back again next time!

Happily surprised by the service and products offered here. The staff were truly knowledgeable, able to demonstrate the good condition of refurbished and 2nd hand items. They provide warranty for items sold. Large variety of handphones and laptops available for ALL budgets. Really makes you wonder if you should buy new, when you can buy semi-new for 1/2 the price sometimes. I've gotten ultra-high end phone from 2 years back for less than half the price of the newest version, in perfect mint condition. Highly recommend. Also, if you don't want to contribute to more e-trash, this place helps with saving working hardware from landfill.

There is no question this is one of the most reputable 3rd party hp and computer repair company in Singapore. They have been around for a long time to earn their reputable. Friendly and prompt service. They proactively research for ways to repair my laptop. However as they are 3rd party and being cost effective, they tend to narrow to resolve the issue at hands rather than proposing a holistic repair. That works for me because my laptop is really old. Although the fix is a good fix but it does the job. Reasonable price. Very prompt on WhatsApp for communication.
Recommend if you do not want to go back to authorised service centre. For 3rd party repair, this is the best.
One big minus point in my experience is they use some special laptop glue for the repair and stain my laptop cover. Not removable even with zippo.

Highly recommended if you need help with your devices . Very helpful and friendly . I changed my phone battery here and faced some problems along the way . They tried their best to help and when it exceeded the time that they had promised they would return the phone , they offered to send to my home via LALAMOVE , nicely wrapped in a box and recyclable bag .
