PSA: this store only sells sneakers and not sports shoes. Tried calling multiple times to verify in advance, but no one picked up the call, only to be disappointed after travelling down. If you are looking for sports shoes, head to Suntec City.

I'd give it 0 Stars if I can. Ghost shop, calls umpteenth times and no one picks up. And I didn't call during peak hours. Why bother installing a Land line if the staff simply couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone?! 👎👎

Went to the store on last Fri(3/12). The staff was terribly unfriendly when i asked for up 0.5 size and told me there is no half sizes failing to explain only applies to that particular sku.

I bought my shoes dated 1st of January 2025, it's only a few weeks, unexpected it was damaged, I went back to the shop and look for the Manager, inform her about the quality. Without any delay, she check and immediately replace it. I had a fantastic experience with service. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. They offered assistance on the spot and helped me find the perfect replacement. The process was quick, and their attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service.

The shop’s clean, showing the newest drop from NB. If you’re looking for the USA made collection u might find them here but usually they’re lacking stock for big sizes (43 eu & up).

Highly recommend this outlet compared to Vivo branch! I was really impressed with the service rendered to me. I would like to express my gratitude specially to Ms Wan Qing for her top notch service and as well as the other staff. I came to purchase a shoe for myself and my fiancé and they assist me by suggesting me a few designs and even assisted to go the trouble to find the shoes that would fit my fiancé’s feet though i must admit my it is indeed difficult to get the right size for him . But your staff really go through the trouble to assist me ! Kudos to Wan Qing and to the rest of the staff! Please send my gratitude to them!
