Storekeeper guy is very kind although I've been put on/off the shoes multiple times haha. He serves me really well and give advices on sizing and functionality which is nice. Forget his name, but I had really great shopping experience here.

Highly recommend this outlet compared to Vivo branch! I was really impressed with the service rendered to me. I would like to express my gratitude specially to Ms Wan Qing for her top notch service and as well as the other staff. I came to purchase a shoe for myself and my fiancé and they assist me by suggesting me a few designs and even assisted to go the trouble to find the shoes that would fit my fiancé’s feet though i must admit my it is indeed difficult to get the right size for him . But your staff really go through the trouble to assist me ! Kudos to Wan Qing and to the rest of the staff! Please send my gratitude to them! Will continue to support and recommend them to my friends and family too! Thank you so much ♥️

Phoebe the sales associate is excellent service. She is willing to help me to check for the shoe that size isn’t available in this outlet but it is available at Suntec city. Thanks for her extra effort. I also bought another pair of shoe from this Bugis outlet due to the service. :D

I bought my shoes dated 1st of January 2025, it's only a few weeks, unexpected it was damaged, I went back to the shop and look for the Manager, inform her about the quality. Without any delay, she check and immediately replace it.
I had a fantastic experience with service.
The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. They offered assistance on the spot and helped me find the perfect replacement.
The process was quick, and their attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service.

Not many sizes left, tried and couldn’t get the size I wanted, left without buying, the staff immediate shown unhappy face. Is she expect me to buy a size doesn’t suit me at all? Haha

Went to enquire and try out some shoes but was shown some nasty attitude and looks from "Manager". Store also has very limited amount of shoes compared to other outlets.

PSA: this store only sells sneakers and not sports shoes. Tried calling multiple times to verify in advance, but no one picked up the call, only to be disappointed after travelling down.
If you are looking for sports shoes, head to Suntec City.
