Highly recommend this outlet compared to the Vivo branch! I was really impressed with the service rendered to me. I would like to express my gratitude especially to Ms. Wan Qing for her top-notch service and to the other staff as well. I came to purchase shoes for myself and my fiancé, and they assisted me by suggesting a few designs and even went to the trouble to find the shoes that would fit my fiancé’s feet, though I must admit it is indeed difficult to get the right size for him. But your staff really went through the trouble to assist me! Kudos to Wan Qing and to the rest of the staff! Please send my gratitude to them! I bought these shoes on January 1st, 2025. After only a few weeks, they were unexpectedly damaged. I went back to the shop, looked for the Manager, and informed her about the quality. Without any delay, she checked and immediately replaced them.
