PSA: this store only sells sneakers and not sports shoes. Tried calling multiple times to verify in advance, but no one picked up the call, only to be disappointed after travelling down. If you are looking for sports shoes, head to Suntec City.

I was attended by this super friendly, polite staff, Hanif in your Bugis junction outlet who answered all my questions and gave me paramount advise on the types of shoe i was getting. Alhamdulilah, he's an asset to your organisation that i would like to acknowledged. He made my day..

I'd give it 0 Stars if I can. Ghost shop, calls umpteenth times and no one picks up. And I didn't call during peak hours. Why bother installing a Land line if the staff simply couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone?! 👎👎

Went to the store on last Fri(3/12). The staff was terribly unfriendly when i asked for up 0.5 size and told me there is no half sizes failing to explain only applies to that particular sku.

A nicely revamped store with nice US- and UK-made shoes. The products carried look nice, and there's a wide variety of shoes that are on trend.

I went to the store last Friday, March 12th. The staff was terribly unfriendly when I asked for a half size up and told me there are no half sizes, failing to explain that this only applies to that particular SKU.
