I lost a bracelet I had before, so I came here to get it again. The bracelet I wanted came in three sizes and I wanted the smallest size so I asked heand she said the medium size was the smallest size. So I went to pay for it at the register, but I thought it was too big, so I took a while, and she brought the smallest size from back room. So I bought it but when I got back to my hotel I noticed that the clasp was very stiff. I think it was a defective product because the smallest size of the bracelet that was packaged under the glass case was the medium size and the one she brought from back room was not in a bag. Why wasn't it under a glass case? Even though I am a foreigner, I was not asked if I could get tax exemption. I went back the next day and explained but a different woman there listened to me while operating the register. Then she told me to go to another store because they didn't have it in stock and I asked her to call the other store and tell them I'll be there but she said she couldn't do that because phone had no batteries.

It was cheap but I would have appreciated if they served better than this. No silica gel pack with the jewellery I bought. Had to return and ask for it.
You've got to think long term sales and this kind of attitude leaves a bad impression for a return sales unless there is a huge discount.

this is not the pandora shop you want to go especially if you suffer from social anxiety because the staff makes it worser. came in and none of the staff even looked up from the counter. there were 2-3 staffs all at the counter and not one looked up, even until me and my bf went up to the counter. we had to say excuse me we want to exchange the bracelets before they looked up, in the a very much annoyed tone and look and asked for the receipt. while taking out the receipt, we noted that we wanted to change it to a smaller sized one so that she (green short hair highlights girl) knows what we are looking for. instead, she said in an unhappy tone to us to prove that we have purchased the item. like she thought we were exchanging fakes with her or something.
after providing receipt, she didnt say a word and just walked to find the bracelet. i mentioned i wanted a size 19, but she gave me a size 18 to try first, so i asked to confirm if this is size 19 as i didnt want to doubt her ability of taking out the wrong size. then she confirmed it was size 18 and immediately took out size 19 for me. it was so anxiously nerve wrecking to me as the whole environment was so cold, and it seemed like they were so upset with their job and taking it out on us. anyways i got the correct sized bracelet, didnt even dare to say no if i cldnt fit in it.
one of the worst pandora’s ive ever been at, highly recommend yall go to jurong point pandora instead. nice, friendly and patient. especially if u suffer from anxiety like me, dont come here.

Went all the way here for the ring I was looking for and asked the chinese lady staff for my size, they didn’t even bothered to check and just told me they don’t have it, asked for other outlets, she just said to me, “most stores don’t have already” so what about the rest of the stores?? nvm, I walked around to see if I like anything else and I heard them saying in mandarin, “if want to buy sales item, come earlier la, come so late—“ (I didn’t even know it was on sale) the chinese lady staff from china showed attitude & being freaking rude for no reason. the dude just using his phone at the corner, what kind of staffs is this?
