Horrible experience there, I came in and because of the way I dressed was ignored. Throughout the entire time I explored the store none of the staff, even those who were free tried to approach me. When I asked where the earrings she recommended were I was very roughly pointed to in a direction and she even said “ the whole store have” before nonchalantly walking away.
This was when I had just pierced my ears and was excited to buy a new pair..

Staff are friendly and helpful. However, Pandora’s options for localised charms are extremely poor quality in this country. Do not recommend unless you want a £75 durian charm (each to their own!).

Visited on 18 Apr 23 evening to buy a ring. The sales lady is less than friendly. I asked for a size smaller, she rudely told me off 'thats why I'm asking you loose or very loose'. I was like, what the hell, how would I gauge before trying. Basic manners is not even there, not to mention customer service.

I had the most disappointing experience at this Pandora store I recently visited. The behavior of the staff, particularly a lady of Malay descent who seemed to be overweight, was incredibly rude. She actually went so far as to doubt my financial capability to purchase the jewelry simply because I wasn't dressed in designer clothing. I strongly advise you to reconsider before deciding to visit this store and visit other outlets instead.

I came in to exchange my bracelet for a smaller size and buy a charm. I ended up leaving without my charm and only a resized bracelet.
This is not the Pandora shop you want to visit, especially if you suffer from social anxiety, because the staff makes it worse. When I came in, none of the staff even looked up from the counter. There were 2-3 staff members all at the counter, and not one looked up, even after my boyfriend and I approached the counter. We had to say, "Excuse me, we want to exchange the bracelet," before they looked up, with a very annoyed tone and look, and asked for the receipt. While taking out the receipt, we mentioned that we wanted to exchange it for a smaller size so that she (the girl with green short hair highlights) would know what we were looking for. Instead, she unhappily told us to prove that we had purchased the item. It was as if she thought we were trying to exchange fake items.
After we provided the receipt, she didn't say a word and just walked to find the bracelet. I mentioned I wanted a size 19, but she gave me a size 18 to try first. I asked to confirm if it was size 19, as I didn't want to doubt her ability to provide the correct size. She then confirmed it was size 18 and immediately took out size 19 for me. It was so anxiety-inducing and nerve-wracking for me, as the whole environment felt so cold, and it seemed like they were so upset with their job and taking it out on us. Anyway, I got the correct-sized bracelet; I didn't even dare to say no if I couldn't fit into it.
This is one of the worst Pandora stores I've ever been to. I highly recommend you all go to the Jurong Point Pandora instead. The staff there are nice, friendly, and patient. Especially if you suffer from anxiety like me, do not come here.
Dear staff, if you don't like your job, please find another job. Don't ruin the shopping experience at Pandora for us. Thanks.
