Horrible experience there. I came in and, because of the way I dressed, was ignored. Throughout the entire time I explored the store, none of the staff, even those who were free, tried to approach me. When I asked where the earrings she recommended were, I was very roughly pointed in a direction, and she even said, "The whole store has them," before nonchalantly walking away. This was when I had just pierced my ears and was excited to buy a new pair. Never coming back again.

Went all the way here for the ring I was looking for and asked the Chinese lady staff for my size. They didn't even bother to check and just told me they didn't have it. When I asked about other outlets, she just said to me, "Most stores don't have it already." So what about the rest of the stores? Never mind, I walked around to see if I liked anything else and I heard them saying in Mandarin, "If you want to buy a sale item, come earlier la, come so late—" (I didn't even know it was on sale). The Chinese lady staff from China showed attitude and was being freaking rude for no reason. The dude was just using his phone at the corner. What kind of staff is this?

Love coming here to shop for decorations and bracelets because the sales staff are very polite and patient in helping you match your bracelet. Recommended sales attendant: Rainbow. If you want a unique bracelet, you can ask her to help you match it.

I received splendid service from Rainbow yesterday when my friends and I dropped by the Bugis branch! She noticed that I needed help and took the initiative to come up and assist us. We were quite indecisive about which charms to get, and she patiently helped us take out various charms for us to see and even let us know about the available promotions. She even helped to take out and rearrange my friend’s charms. We took so long that the store closed by the time we left, but because of her patience, we left really happy with our purchases! Thank you, Rainbow!

Look at how my purchase was packed. The sales assistant didn't even bother to tape it neatly. I spotted the charm in the display, and she sold me that exact one. It was inexpensive, but I would have appreciated better service than this. There was no silica gel pack with the jewellery I bought, and I had to return to ask for one. Businesses need to consider long-term sales. This kind of attitude leaves a bad impression for repeat sales unless there is a huge discount.

I lost a bracelet I had before, so I came here to get another one. The bracelet I wanted came in three sizes, and I wanted the smallest size, so I asked, and she said the medium size was the smallest. So I went to pay for it at the register, but I thought it was too big, so I hesitated, and she brought the smallest size from the back room. So I bought it, but when I got back to my hotel, I noticed that the clasp was very stiff. I think it was a defective product because the smallest size of the bracelet that was packaged under the glass case was the medium size, and the one she brought from the back room was not in a bag. Why wasn't it under a glass case? Even though I am a foreigner, I was not asked if I could get tax exemption. I went back the next day and explained, but a different woman there listened to me while operating the register. Then she told me to go to another store because they didn't have it in stock. I asked her to call the other store and tell them I'd be there, but she said she couldn't do that because the phone had no batteries.

I visited Pandora at Bugis Junction and was served by a lovely lady named Ira. She was professional and attentive to my needs while I searched for the right size for my bracelet. She even patiently put my charms on three different bracelet sizes. Really enjoyed our visit. I highly recommend coming to the store and looking for Ira!
