The 20% birthday no more extremely disappointed members not informed on the change in policy.
Being a loyal Pazzion member but realised this few years their wedges heel tips quality are getting really very bad. Several of my wedges broke before worn and Pazzion no longer provides the extra heel tips in addition their sole are very slippery and thin. Have switched to Pretty-fit shoes as quality are beta l, non slippery for value for money and their 20% birthday off his a good time to stock up.

My review applies only to my first visit. Nice service and a good recommendation of shoes were provided by Vivian. This positive experience was solely due to the sales person, Vivian.
Because subsequent visits were total disappointments. The sales people are not knowledgeable about their products or shoe fitting. Their lack of professionalism in serving customers is obvious, to say the least.
Consequently, I no longer purchase from this Bugis outlet.

Several of my wedges broke before being worn, and Pazzion no longer provides extra heel tips. In addition, their soles are very slippery and thin. I have switched to Pretty-fit shoes, as their quality is better, they are non-slippery, and offer good value for money. Their 20% birthday discount is a good time to stock up.
