I used to love their shoes however the quality of products and services level has dropped substantially. My recent purchase of shoes, the sole of one the foot starting coming out in less then a week of use and when I got to the store for return they asked me yo get in touch with their support team and refused to help. I left the shoe for them - they just lost a loyal customer. They have value time of their customers.

Would give 0 star if there’s this option. Terrible customer service. Had a bad shopping experience in this store. The way the staff named Yap communicate is rude. Reckon is her last day or she’s so sick of retail line that she talk to customer in such way like we owe her. The way she talk/shout at us is shocking given we were in the shop for merely 5 mins and just asking for her help nicely.

Today, I visited the shop. Firstly, I tried a shoes for wedding photo, and purely loved one of the Pedro shoes. Also, the male staff helped to bring a sole to adjust shoes size. It was really helpful. That's why I purchased one. He introduced a membership, but I declined. However, another counter staff started to introduce a membership again together with lemongrass perfume, and after the purchase I noticed the perfume was charged. I was really disappointed how the shop try to increase their sales figure. My objective was to purely buy very nice Pedro shoes.

I got a Pedro backpack as a present but the color and size are not to my liking so I went to Bugis junction branch for the exchange, originally bought it at the orchard branch (since they mentioned can go to any branch for exchange). I went there on 16.06.2022 evening and the sales assistants were unhappy with the exchange. I understand that they don't want to serve me since I'm not there for buying but just for the exchange. Even so, I think there’s no need to treat the customer rudely. I was able to exchange to another color in the end but the experience there was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Very low standard service. Barely any customer but no one comes to assist. Staff needs to take communication class, talk to customer like calling dog. Looks very reluctant to help with purchase, goes on to serve other customer before retrieving the item we have requested.

I got a Pedro backpack as a present, but the color and size were not to my liking. I went to the Bugis Junction branch for an exchange, as I had been told that exchanges could be done at any branch (the backpack was originally bought at the Orchard branch). I went there on the evening of 16.06.2022, and the sales assistants were unhappy with the exchange. My husband was looking for a pair of boots, and we walked into the Pedro store on a busy Saturday afternoon. After looking through some options, and size options he managed to pick up a good pair of boots. We came from South India, and were treated with such kindness and patience. It was the best shopping of the day, I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the employees that helped us. But the boy who helped us really made an impression with his kindness.
