Had an awful experience at Bugis Junction outlet while choosing a dress for my sister’s wedding. My sister was discussing and choosing a colour that she will want us as bridesmaids to wear. We decided to go there as it had a variety of colours and styles for us to choose from, but that was only the good part about the store.
As we were changing and choosing the dresses, the staff that was in charge of serving us started to get annoyed as we were taking “too much” time choosing our dresses. What made it worst was, because we took “too much time” the staff got rude and walked away. We could heard her talking in impatient to her colleague from afar asking her to take over her to serve us.
Marriage is a once life thing and it is my sister’s wedding, of course we would take more time to decide on the dresses to see which dress are the most suited for my sister’s wedding…
In the end, gave us this kind of customer service, very disappointed at this outlet, my sister actually wanted to buy more for other bridesmaids but guess what NOPE!

One of the worker there was really rude , I don’t think there is anything wrong for trying out few dresses a few times ? If we don’t try how would we know which size we fit which dress we like ? My sister and I add up together only tried less than 10 dresses .. if you are not happy about us keep trying and asking u question (which I only asked once and u showing me your attitude), say it infront of us why need to mumble and walk off asking other stuff to serve us while we making payment ? What ? Just because u not happy that u end up need to hang back the dresses ? We didn’t even make it a mess , and for convenience, we will still be going there to buy dresses again so hope to “see you” again , please say it infront of us if u not happy about it okay :) ? My sisters are kind doesn’t mean I need to be kind …would give it 0 star if there is 0 🙄 no manners at all , not saying all the stuff but probably she able to give the KAREN vibes …..🤗

Please If u wanna avoid crowd don't visit this outlet. Heavily under staff and I've got staff replying me "sorry I'm not sure" to my query with regards to the dresses colour. Like ???? No product knowledge didn't even bother checking.
During check out staff claim to not find my phone number so I showed her my account details I registered with. In the end, I couldn't attach my membership during payment so I really don't get what for sign up as member if I don't get the benefits lol. Super bad experience overall.

If got 0 star I would rate this shop 0 star, my girlfriend already try the dress then the size cannot fit then I change another size then pass to her. Then the staff just direct open the cotton and take back the dress ask my girlfriend to re queue and my girlfriend haven’t even wear back her own shirt. So rude and very not respect my girlfriend for this incident!!!

My partner and her family had a really bad experience with a staff member whom displayed extremely poor customer service. I do feel at the very least you should have some level of professionalism doing your job even if you dislike it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would rate this shop 0 stars. My girlfriend had already tried on the dress, but the size didn't fit. I got another size and passed it to her. The staff then just directly opened the curtain and took back the dress, asking my girlfriend to re-queue, and my girlfriend hadn't even put her own shirt back on. So rude and very disrespectful to my girlfriend for this incident!!!
