Nice clothes but the staffs are too pushy. I wanted to get M but they kept saying it’s too big for me even though I have tried and felt that S is too tight for my shoulder. They even gave attitude when i wanted to try more shirts. Bad service- 1 star for you.

I was at Purpur bugis junction on 3rd June evening and planned to try n bought 5 pieces clothings among 7 pieces that I tried, was asking politely with good tone to the sales girls there about the new stocks .they were too lazy to check for me and ended up saying that all didnt have new stocks anymore , including no stock online with unhappy face , instead they were at the counter chatting to their friend who i believed also working nearby the mall. at the end , i asked again if one of them could check the stock for me but eventually had sooooo many new stocks in store room for my size. I was very unhappy with their sucks attitude as sales people while i was trying to be nice and bought 3 pieces instead . still, they were not happy that i only bought 3 and didnt response to my gratitude . Purpur has many nice collections but they lack pf ability to hire potential sales people with gppd attitude. Im sorry to say this and no point lying or writing so long just for small matter. Thanks

I was at Purpur Bugis Junction on the evening of June 3rd. I tried on 7 pieces of clothing and intended to buy 5. I politely asked the sales associates about new stock. They were too lazy to check for me and ended up saying that there were no new stocks available, including no stock online, and had an unhappy expression. Instead, they were at the counter chatting with a friend who I believe also works nearby in the mall. In the end, I asked again if one of them could check the stock for me, and it turned out they had so many new stocks in the storeroom for my size. I was very unhappy with their unprofessional attitude as sales associates, especially since I was trying to be nice and still bought 3 pieces. Still, they were not happy that I only bought 3 and didn't respond to my gratitude. Purpur has many nice collections, but they lack the ability to hire potential sales associates with a good attitude. I'm sorry to say this, but there's no point in lying or writing so long just for a small matter. Thanks.

I'm a loyal customer from Indonesia 🇮🇩 I have been visting Purpur whenever I travel to SG. Last week, I bought some adorable pairs here. The sales lady WAS VERY NICE🥺❤ it's so rare to find a kind lady on retail at SG (come on, let's be real lol). She offered me various pairs to try on. I remembered trying 6 pairs and only taking 3 in the end. She was not upset and remained friendly throughout the transaction. I am already back home now and I'm itching to shop at Purpur again if I come back to SG ❤
