Have gotten my hair cut here a few times now. I don’t choose the barber but I’ve consistently gotten great haircuts from here. I recommended a friend to cut his hair here and I thought his haircut turned out great too. Stylists are attentive and precise to your instructions. Will continue going back!

Happened to look into the store while passing by and did not regret walking in. Grace is a staff you should definitely keep, she was helpful in giving suggestions on how i should get my hair done. found her to be friendly & meticulous!

Had a really pleasant experience here. I was served by Grace. She was extremely kind and affable. I really appreciated how she checked in at every step to make sure I was happy with the cut. Overall a great experience!

I used to be happy paying a little extra here for the better service and haircut quality, but my last visit was disappointing. Usually I could simply describe the general style I wanted, and they would handle the rest. This time, they kept asking strange and overly specific questions that I wasn’t sure how to answer, and the result was a haircut I didn’t really like. Hoping this was just a one-off and things go back to the usual standard.

It’s our time visiting this outlet and also the so called QB ‘premier’. Frankly I didn’t find the service nor the cut or service any different from their usual QB salon. The only obvious difference was that the stylist slowed down the process making the wait longer and the price was higher. The result of the cut was not better then their usual salon infact I prefer the cut from the latter. To make this premier salon work I think they really need to do better for customers to feel it’s worth it paying the extra bucks.

Highly recommended. Excellent haircut by Tiffany with care and attention. Very good value for a men’s scissor cut. All excess hair was brushed or vacuumed, so no cut hair left on clothing.

For ladies looking to get a hair cut, this is a great place to go! I had my hair cut here with the hairdresser with long hair in a pony tail. I requested for trim and long layers. She double confirmed with me whether I still wanted to maintain my length, and I thought that was so nice that she checked in with me before she proceed without assuming and over cutting. She did a fabulous job and gave me the most flowy and natural long layers! Thank you, I will def come back here again for my next trim!
