For ladies looking to get a haircut, this is a great place to go! I had my haircut here with the hairdresser with long hair in a ponytail. I requested a trim and long layers. She double-confirmed with me whether I still wanted to maintain my length, and I thought that was so nice that she checked in with me before proceeding without assuming or over-cutting. She did a fabulous job and gave me the most flowy and natural long layers! Thank you, I will definitely come back here again for my next trim!

I've gotten my hair cut here a few times now. I don't choose the barber, but I've consistently gotten great haircuts here. I recommended a friend to get his hair cut here, and I thought his haircut turned out great too. Stylists are attentive and precise with your instructions. I will continue going back!

Happened to look into the store while passing by and did not regret walking in. Grace is a staff member you should definitely keep. She was helpful in giving suggestions on how I should get my hair done. I found her to be friendly and meticulous!

I used to be happy paying a little extra here for the better service and haircut quality, but my last visit was disappointing. Usually, I could simply describe the general style I wanted, and they would handle the rest. This time, they kept asking strange and overly specific questions that I wasn’t sure how to answer, and the result was a haircut I didn’t really like. I'm hoping this was just a one-off and things go back to the usual standard.

This is our first time visiting this outlet, and also the so-called QB ‘premier’. Frankly, I found neither the service nor the cut any different from their usual QB salon. The only obvious difference was that the stylist slowed down the process, making the wait longer, and the price was higher. The result of the cut was not better than their usual salon. In fact, I prefer the cut from the latter. To make this 'premier' salon work, I think they really need to do better for customers to feel it's worth paying the extra bucks.

Highly recommended. Excellent haircut by Tiffany, with care and attention. Very good value for a men’s scissor cut. All excess hair was brushed or vacuumed, so no cut hair was left on clothing.
