Complete waste of time trying to queue here. They just always take a break when it is your time. 2 in front of you with 2 staff means 45min wait because one just leaves. Happened on several occasions. Why have an open queue if there is no staff to service them…

It’s our time visiting this outlet and also the so called QB ‘premier’. Frankly I didn’t find the service nor the cut or service any different from their usual QB salon. The only obvious difference was that the stylist slowed down the process making the wait longer and the price was higher. The result of the cut was not better then their usual salon infact I prefer the cut from the latter. To make this premier salon work I think they really need to do better for customers to feel it’s worth it paying the extra bucks.

For ladies looking to get a hair cut, this is a great place to go! I had my hair cut here with the hairdresser with long hair in a pony tail. I requested for trim and long layers. She double confirmed with me whether I still wanted to maintain my length, and I thought that was so nice that she checked in with me before she proceed without assuming and over cutting. She did a fabulous job and gave me the most flowy and natural long layers! Thank you, I will def come back here again for my next trim!
