Beyond their specialty strudels, Ritz Apple Strudel offers an expanded selection of European-style pastries and desserts including cheesecakes, brownies, éclairs, and mini puffs, all maintaining their commitment to quality ingredients and traditional baking methods that create the perfect balance of crispy exterior and tender, flavorful filling.
Operating daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM in their compact but efficient outlet with limited seating primarily designed for takeaway service, Ritz Apple Strudel has gained recognition throughout Singapore through road shows and food festivals that have introduced their distinctive pastries to wider audiences. With expansion to multiple locations including Tampines Mall and Bedok Mall, their Bugis Junction outlet continues to serve both loyal customers and curious food enthusiasts seeking authentic European pastry experiences in the heart of Singapore's central shopping district.
Bought both the durian puffs and durian strudel on 5/8/25. We kept both pastries in the fridge. But to our disappointment and disgust, the durian puff turned bad with a strong hint of sourish smell/taste. How could the puffs and strudels turned bad in such a short time, unless the puffs is already spoilt when i purchase it.
Tried to call the stuff via telephone, no one seems to be answering l.

I love the apple tart! One of the few apple tarts that comes with large chunky and juicy apple pieces. The crumble can sometimes be quite soggy but still it makes a very refreshing dessert.
Just wish that the quality can be more consistent as sometimes the tart is “leaking” at the bottom from being left out for too long in the plastic box. And also at times it is too sweet or with very little apple fillings. Pictures shown are bought over a period of time and you can see the discrepancies.
The staff here at Bugis is very kind and patient.

Bought the half and mini size for take aways on our flight back to abu dhabi at 2pm of 7th April. tried the mini one prior our flight at 6pm and it was okay, and mid flight we tried it again at 10pm and its spoilt already. super disappointed! Reached abu dhabi and the half sized also smelled super acidic and spoilt. Disappointed!

Bought the pineapples balls, left it at the office. And usually if tarts or what nots I buy is good, it’s finished by everyone before the days end. This one remains untouched after everyone took 1. Chemical/synthetic smells when bottle open. Pastry consistency is ok but dry but the taste was just not, too sweet.

The crepe like so hard to eat, wasted my money to pay for it. NOT WORTH! WORST! So disappointing

I purchased a very small strawberry strudel (the smallest one the have). It was good but not worth $3.8 for a little bit of puff pastry, some cream and literally, I kid you not, half a strawberry. Please at least put 3-4 halves on top instead of just 1 half. The staff member was friendly though.

Very disappointed as the standard of the apple strudel drops a lots and went a few times these few years and the services are too lousy.
On 13 Sep went down to purchase an Apple Strudel S$6.80 &
1. I asked politely to cut it for me and her face (a Chinese lady with short hair) started to turn black.
2. And when eat it, most parts are soggy and actually wanted to exchange and thought to myself nvm as the filling inside is not as good as b4 anymore as well.
I guess I Will not go back again after a few incidents like this.

Very disappointed as the standard of the apple strudel has dropped a lot, and the service has been consistently lousy over the past few years.
