My Dad and I went there to get a tablet. A gentleman was at the counter, and we asked him for help to understand the features. He was so unfriendly, and we felt like we were a waste of his time. We ended up going to the Challenger next door and getting the Samsung tablet from there, thanks to their excellent customer service. This happened on 15th March, in the morning, close to 11 AM.
